Binche: two stands of the Village Provençal closed by the labor auditor, two others called to order

Indeed, two stands were forced to cease their activities. “One because a worker, alone at the stand, did not have any status, the other because four workers did not have the Limosa (a statement addressed to salaried workers sent to work temporarily or partially in Belgium, Editor’s note)”, confirms Sophie Saelens, labor auditor.

Two other measures without closing were taken by the controllers. “The wife of a manager worked at the stand but once more, we noticed the absence of the Limosa. There was no closing order but she had to stop working. Finally, at another stand, seven workers were in order of everything except Limosa. It was obviously a simple oversight, everything has been resolved. This avoided the closure.”

The labor auditor does not rule out re-checking certain stand managers by this Sunday to ensure that everything is now in order.
