Binance launches payment company Bifinity

Bitcoin exchange Binance announced the launch of Bifinity, which is positioned as the official provider of payments in fiat and digital currencies.

“Bifinity’s cutting-edge payment infrastructure connects businesses, merchants, and consumers to the world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology,” the blog says.

The new platform supports:

  • more than 50 crypto assets;
  • popular payment methods and systems like VISA and Mastercard;
  • “simple, intuitive and seamless” API integration for merchants;
  • processing payments with low fees.

Bifinity has also partnered with Safepal, Zilliqa, EQONEX and Checkout.com platforms.

Among other things, Binance announced the full resumption of payments in euros and the British pound through the SEPA and Faster Payments systems.

Recall that payment systems Visa and Mastercard stopped activities in Russia because of the war in Ukraine.
