Bihar Man Alleges Rahul Gandhi Remark Caused Milk Loss, Moves Court

Strange Case: Bihar Man Files Case Against Rahul Gandhi Over Spilled Milk

In a bizarre turn ‍of ‍events, a man from Bihar’s Samastipur district has filed a case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in a ⁣Patna court. Mukesh ⁤chaudhary alleges that Gandhi’s recent statement⁢ about fighting the “Indian State” frightened ‌him so badly that ‍he dropped a bucket of milk, causing a loss of ₹250.‍

“I was in such a state ‌of shock that my bucket full of five litres of milk, priced at ₹50 per litre, slipped off my hand. Rahul Gandhi was‍ threatening ‌the sovereignty of the nation,” claimed Chaudhary.

Chaudhary’s plea, filed in a civil court, seeks to have Gandhi tried under various sections of‌ India’s new criminal code, including Section 152, which pertains to sedition.

Gandhi’s Controversial Remarks

⁤The ‌incident stems from Gandhi’s speech during the ⁢inauguration of the Congress party’s new headquarters in New Delhi on january 15.There, he criticized RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat for his assertion that ‍India’s true independence was achieved with the opening of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.

“The BJP and ⁢RSS have captured every single institution, and‍ we ⁤are⁣ now fighting the BJP, the RSS, ⁣and the Indian State⁣ itself,” Gandhi declared.

gandhi’s remarks attracted immediate condemnation from the BJP. Union Health Minister and BJP President JP Nadda retorted,“They neither know about‌ history nor have anything‌ to do with it. I have said many times that ⁣their speechwriters write anything, and they just read it anywhere.”

An FIR was also registered against Gandhi in Assam for his alleged remarks, charging him‌ under sections⁢ 152 and 197 (1)d ‌of the Bharatiya nyaya sanhita (BNS) for allegedly endangering the country’s ⁢sovereignty, unity, and integrity.

Monjit Chetia, the complainant ⁤in Assam, ⁣stated, “This⁤ statement by Rahul Gandhi attempts to delegitimize the authority of the state and portray it ⁣as ⁣a hostile entity. Such remarks create ⁤a dangerous narrative, which ⁢could incite unrest and foster separatist sentiments.”

it remains to be seen how Chaudhary’s case will progress in court.
