PT Big Records Asia released five single songs with five artists in March. This was done to welcome National Music Day on March 9 and the 4th anniversary of the music recording company or music label in Indonesia, which is a subsidiary of PT Ircomm Norton Capital.
Here are five artists and their latest songs.
1. R-Pro with the song title Nefarious.
2. Flypay with the title of the song Kelabu Membiru.
3. Twonda with the song title Dua Hati (Eternity).
4. YAW with the song title REALIZED.
5. Cevkevin with the song title Sejati Tak Abadi.
Apart from that, President Director & CEO of Big Records Asia Isra Ruddin also conveyed his strategic collaboration with the new music aggregator The Orchard in distributing all master song assets to digital streaming platforms throughout the world. The Orchard is a company from New York, United States which is a Sony Music group. “This collaboration will be official and effective in March 2024,” said Isra in a written statement, Monday (11/3).
Vice President A&R Big Records Asia Sunu Prasasti Aji explained that his party would release five songs with local artists spread across several Indonesian cities. This is in line with the company’s vision which focuses on appointing and introducing local talents through its various platforms.
“Apart from that, the process of transferring our master song assets to The Orchard is now almost 70% complete. We hope that in the next few weeks all the assets we own with a total of almost 500 songs can be heard normally once more on all digital streaming platforms. there are all over the world,” said Sunu.
Another achievement, Big Records Asia received recognition from the Instagram platform in the form of a verified account or a blue tick on its account. The company has also joined several associations and/or organizations including the Indonesian Music Recording Industry Association (Asiri), the Indonesian Music Licensing Center (Selmi), and PT AS Indonesian Recording Industry (Asirindo). Managing Director of Big Records Asia Satria Pinandita added that his party is targeting an additional 100 master songs to be produced and distributed this year. (Z-2)
