Big Brother’s triple sanction to Nicolás (Telefe)
At the recent Big Brother nominations gala, there was a moment of tension and seriousness when the authority of the show, known as Big, began the event with a firm reprimand that initially left all the participants absorbed, without taking any dimension of what was really happening.
It is not the first time in this edition of the cycle that rules have been broken. This new call occurs just a week following a significant penalty imposed on other participants: Martín Ku -who as leader, had spoken with his colleagues at the time of the nominations-, Furia and Williams -for their constant fights and attacks-, the latter resulting eliminated by public vote last Monday.
In this scenario, at the beginning of the gala the 19 contestants were summoned by Big Brother in the main hall, where they were emphatically reminded of the prohibition of removing their microphones. In addition, the rule that prevents secretly whispering to another participant was reiterated to them, with the aim that their conversations would not be heard by either Big or his classmates. In this context, the production of the program specifically pointed out Nicolás as the violator of both rules.
“I want to tell you that I observed a great and serious violation of the regulations. As everyone knows, there are three instances in which they are authorized to remove their microphones: at break time, when they are showering, and inside the pool. In any other circumstance the use of the microphone is mandatory. Likewise, it is also prohibited to whisper in another person’s ear so that what is said cannot be heard by another partner or by me. These are strict rules of the regulation that a member of the house has recently broken. I mean Nicolás,” the voice highlighted, while everyone in the chair listened attentively.
The sanction of Big Brother
Thus, Big Brother, addressing the participant directly, reproached him for sharing secrets with a partner on two separate occasions. As a consequence of this disobedience, it was announced to him that he would receive a sanction: “On two occasions, once without a microphone and another with the microphone hanging, Nicolás secretly said something to a colleague by speaking in his ear.”
The voice of Big Brother, with authority, informed him that, from that moment on, he was officially nominated for elimination. The cameras captured the reaction of the participant, who, impassive, nodded his head upon hearing the news.
In addition to the nomination, Nicolás was informed that he would lose the right to vote at that night’s gala and would also not be eligible to be saved by the group’s leader. This decision placed him in a vulnerable position, since his permanence in the program will depend on the public’s decision, which will be revealed next Sunday.
It should be noted that Nicolás Grosman, who works as a coach in his daily life, had previously expressed his willingness to employ any tactic, including lying and acting, to ensure his victory in the contest. These statements add an interesting nuance to the current situation, in which he finds himself facing possible elimination due to his failure to comply with the rules of the game.
After the announcement of the sanction, the other participants began to talk to each other and warn each other not to forget to place their microphones, to avoid a similar situation. Thus, while some began to joke regarding the subject with alleged faults on the part of other members of the house, a group preferred to maintain silence in an uncomfortable situation, without finishing processing what was happening.
