US President Joe Biden said Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky did not heed a US warning of an invasion of Russia.
President Biden said at a fundraising event in Los Angeles on the 10th (local time) that “a lot of people thought I was exaggerating.” I know,” he said.
“But there was data to keep it up,” Biden said.
“But Zelensky and a lot of people didn’t want to hear it,” he said. “I understand why they didn’t want to hear it, but he[Putin]eventually invaded.”
The United States has warned several times that it is preparing for an invasion even before Putin announced a “special military operation” against Ukraine on February 24.
