Biden Says ‘No Victory for Russia’ in Speech One Year After Ukraine Invasion – Bloomberg

U.S. President Biden said in a speech ahead of the one-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine that Putin would never win the war.

President Biden, who had just made an unannounced visit to Ukraine the day before, declared in Warsaw, the capital of Poland, on the 21st that “Ukraine will never be a victory for Russia.” Biden said the United States and its allies would announce new sanctions once morest Russia this week, but declined to give details.
