A reproduction of the sea exploration that might be seen in a BBC nature documentary will be distributed free of charge.
Epic Games will distribute Ocean Exploration Mystery Game Beyond Blue for free for one week starting on the 21st. Beyond Blue is a game developed in collaboration with e-Line Media, BBC Studios, Ocean X Media, and marine experts who produced the famous nature documentary ‘Blue Planet 2’.
In Beyond Blue, players become ‘Mirai’, a near-future deep-sea explorer and scientist, and explore the mysteries hidden in the sea. Players will explore the pristine world of the sea through eight dives in the game, with unique paths to choose from, such as tracking sea creatures or solving mysteries.
In addition, as you progress through the game, you can meet calm narrators, music, and 16 mini-documents called ‘Ocean Insights’. Ocean Insight includes videos and interviews with top marine experts in the academic world, so you can deepen your understanding of the ocean.
Beyond Blue is officially supported in Korean and can be obtained for free from Epic Games from the 21st to the 28th.
