Beyoncé, 41, has achieved her dream of buying a new $200 million home.
Beyoncé appeared in an array of stylish snaps as she celebrated her new home. The 32-time Grammy Award winner enjoyed a lavish dinner with her famous husband at the luxurious Oswald’s Club.
The billionaire couple spent $200 million on a massive, raw-concrete Malibu mansion.
The 30,000-square-foot real estate complex that Beyoncé bought is the second most expensive real estate deal in the country, following a $238 million apartment in Central Park South in midtown Manhattan that Ken Griffin bought in 2019.
The complex features wide concrete walkways as well as floor-to-ceiling glass panels as shown in the photos. The spacious backyard includes a swimming pool and ends with a cliff overlooking the beach.
The home was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who also worked on rapper Kanye West’s Malibu home.
Beyoncé is touring the country performing a collection of her own great songs, and Forbes revealed that Beyoncé’s world tour might top Taylor Swift’s hugely successful “Eras” tour, which has grossed regarding $600 million. Beyoncé earned $2.57 billion in tickets alone, the newspaper reported Daily Mail British.
