Liver cancer begins in the tissues of the liver. An organ in your abdomen that lies horizontally behind the lower part of your stomach. The pancreas secretes enzymes that contribute to digestion. and hormones that help control blood sugar levels. These are the main symptoms of liver cancer:
Jaundice
In the early stages of pancreatic cancer. Patients may notice yellowing of the eyes. and skin. Most people with pancreatic cancer have jaundice as one of the first symptoms.
Abdominal or back pain
Abdominal or back pain is common in pancreatic cancer. Cancers that start in the body can grow. or a large pancreas. It begins to put pressure on other nearby organs, causing pain. If pancreatic cancer has spread to the nerves around the pancreas. It may cause back pain, pain does not occur in the abdomen. Or always back due to pancreatic cancer. It can be an indicator of some other diseases as well.
– Weight loss
Unintended weight loss. And lack of appetite. or lack thereof as red marks.
Nausea may appear. Vomiting is symptomatic if cancer presses on the far end of the stomach. By blocking the passage of food, this can cause nausea. vomiting; and pain that tends to be worse following eating.
Enlarged gallbladder or liver
If the cancer is blocking the bile duct. Bile can build up in the gallbladder, making it larger.
blood clots in a large vein
Often in the leg, a blood clot can cut off painful leg veins. And if it reaches the lungs. It can cause a serious condition called pulmonary embolism or pulmonary embolism.
