Many Internet users, mainly on the social network TikTok, are denouncing alleged false deals displayed in different stores for Black Friday.
In a phenomenon that has gone viral, several consumers are filming themselves removing the “discounted price” label from various items to reveal the previous price.
Sometimes the Black Friday price is exactly the same, sometimes it’s even more expensive.
Such marketing techniques seem to be used as much for electronic items as for clothing.
The Target supermarket chain is particularly targeted by Internet users’ denunciations.
