Week 16 of NFL the season continues on Saturday with an action-packed slate – and we’ve got you covered with all the league’s must-see moments. As the playoff race continues to heat up, the wintry weather is also intensifying, and freezing temperatures and gusty winds are expected to have a major impact on the 11-game Christmas Eve slate.

Eight games had below-freezing kickoff temperatures, and four games have overnight temperatures that are expected to be in the single digits or negative, according to FOX Sports Research and FOX Weather.

The Lions came back with their own opening score, as Jared Goff connected with tight end Shane Zylstra.

Sam Darnold threw one to DJ Moore, who offered a jaw-dropping 47-yard grab followed by a touchdown on the next play. Just like that, Carolina took a 31-7 lead over Detroit midway through the third period.

Cincinnati Bengals vs. New England Patriots

The Joe Burrow-Tee Higgins connection was hot despite the freezing weather, scoring smoothly in the first quarter.

Double trouble

The Bengals added six more points when Burrow threw one to clear Trent Irwin, who took that pass under pressure while battling Patriots defensemen.

The turnover was a golden opportunity for Baltimore. Tyler Huntley – for an injured Lamar Jackson – connected with Demarcus Robinson in the corner of the end zone for six. It was the first touchdown by a Ravens receiver since Week 3.

New Orleans Saints at Cleveland Browns

The Bruns the defense knocked out Andy Dalton just as Saints crossed midfield, and the turnover resulted in a touchdown and a 7-0 lead for the Browns on the ensuing drive.

After trading field goals to close out the second quarter, the Saints started the third quarter scoring with an 8-yard touchdown run down the middle of Taysom Hill. With that score, Hill set a new record for most rushing touchdowns by a halfback in Saints history.
