The Buenos Aires Minister of Security, Sergio Berni, was summoned by Justice to decide whether or not to promote the complaint once morest a group of bus drivers who attacked him in the middle of a protest for the murder of a company driver.
The summons was made for the next Wednesday at 9 a.m. in the prosecutor’s office The complaint was made by the city police and ended up in the prosecutor’s office of Carlos Fel Rolero, who as a first measure will formally summon the official to decide if as a “respondent” he wants to promote the complaint.
Anyway, Berni announced that he will not denounce themso it is expected that he formally state it in the complaint and it ended up archived.
Otherwise, a formal investigation to identify the offenders. The complaint does not point to anyone in particular and it was made by members of the Buenos Aires force in response to the events this morning when Berni approached the scene by helicopter.

The holder of the portfolio suffered a fracture in the jaw when being attacked. However, he assured that “It hurts more that a Buenos Aires native has been murdered” alluding to Daniel Barrientos.
“It is a tragic fact that hurts all of us, more than the blows one receives, beyond having a skull fracture and orbit collapse. Now they are seeing if they have to operate on me or not. I am not going to denounce the aggressors”he added.
