In a related context, Vinicius Junior succeeded in equalizing the number of Neymar, the Paris Saint-Germain striker, as the most Brazilian player to score goals in the five major leagues, since the start of last season 2022/2021.

Vinicius raised his score with Real Madrid to 19 goals in 38 matches in (La Liga), while Neymar scored the same number of goals in 26 matches, in the French League.
