Benjamín Mora is no longer the technical director of Atlas del Guadalajara.

Súper Deportivo has been able to confirm, following consulting close sources, that Mora was informed of the decision this Monday and his departure from the institution will be announced shortly.

Their last game was the 2-0 defeat at the home of the Xolos De Tijuana, on Matchday 14 of Apertura 2023 in the Liga MX.

It leaves the team with only 16 points, in 13th position, outside the Liguilla and Play-In zone, with three games on the calendar, once morest Pachuca, Pumas and Necaxa.

Mora’s passage through the Atlas

Mora arrived on the red and black bench in October 2022, from Johor Darul Ta’zim in Malaysia, where he was a multi-time champion with four leagues, four super cups and one cup.
