Benefits of sleeping on the back – including reducing sinusitis

Some people believe that sleeping position does not affect the health of the body, although it may provide great benefits to the body and reduce the chances of disease.

Benefits of sleeping on the back

1- Reducing back and neck pain

Sleeping on the back keeps the spine and neck in a straight position, as this prevents pressure or sprains, so care must be taken to follow this position from sleeping for a long period of time on a regular basis.
