Doc Rivers may repeat that the future of Ben Simmons is still “in the hands” of the Sixers, the coach trying to explain that the falling out with his All-Star is ultimately just a misunderstanding, the Australian does not want hear nothing.
Selon The Athletic, several Sixers players wanted to fly from Philadelphia to Los Angeles, where Ben Simmons currently resides, to meet their teammate in person. Their goal was to make him change his mind, and to convince her to give each other a chance, together, for the coming season.
The problem is that Ben Simmons refused to let Joel Embiid, Tobias Harris or even Matisse Thybulle come to see him in California, his decision to leave Pennsylvania being apparently irrevocable.
