“Our beloved friend and co-anchor Ana Orsini passed away last week,” KOLD-TV’s Tyler Butler shared on air. “We are devastated by this loss,” added a tearful Carsyn Currier, the morning anchor.
Orsini’s cause of death was determined to be a brain aneurysm. Her career began in 2018 as an anchor and reporter in Lubbock, Texas. She then spent three years as a morning and midday anchor in Medford, Oregon before joining KOLD-TV in June 2023.

“Rescue animals were her passion, and if she wasn’t celebrating Fur Baby Friday, she’d be trying to find a new home for a cutie in need,” the station shared. Orsini was fondly remembered for her mentorship and her favourite quote: “Let the women do the work.”
