A Belkin today launched a new very versatile charging dock called BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1. According to the company, the device combines the convenience of MagSafe technology to power iPhones with an integrated charger for the Apple Watch.
BoostCharge Pro has a modern feel, offering two stylish color options: coal e sand. Additionally, Belkin incorporated metallic elements that complement the plastic and rubber body, enhancing the product’s aesthetics and durability.
Notably, the charger for the Apple Watch allows the watch to lie flat while charging. The upper surface with MagSafe is adjustable and can be at an angle of up to 70º — ideal for the mode On hold (StandBy) do iOS 17.
As the device is Apple certified, it is possible to provide up to 15W of power for compatible iPhones via MagSafe. Additionally, fast charging is supported on compatible Apple Watch models.
The dock comes with a nylon braided cable, which connects to the included 30W USB-C power adapter. According to Belkin, the BoostCharge Pro is manufactured with 60% post-consumer recycled plastic and its packaging is completely plastic-free.
Available only next Tuesday (7/11), the charger will cost US$130. Initially, it will be sold on the Apple Store Online and no official Belkin site. There is no forecast of when it will arrive at other resellers, as well as its launch in Brazil.
