Belgians away: Thibaut Courtois saves decisive penalty shootout as Real knock out Valencia in SuperCup

The two clubs disputed a second half without more goals than that of Lino, and extra time did not allow them to be decided. If Charles De Ketelaere played the whole game, first on the front of the attack then in a more creative role, his two compatriots had to give up their place in the second half. Alexis Saelemaekers left the field for Rafael Leao following 67 minutes, while Vranckx was replaced by Bennacer (83).

Torino are the second qualified for the quarter-finals following Inter, who fell Parma on Tuesday. The other six round of 16 matches will take place on Thursday and January 17 and 19.
