Statbel published this Friday the residential real estate figures for 2022. We always find the same municipalities at the top of the rankings: Ixelles, Knokke-Heist or Lasne. “Le Soir” has chosen to focus on the evolution of prices over time.

Statbel, the Belgian statistical office, published this Friday the real estate figures for the whole of 2022, for all the municipalities of the Kingdom. We discover that last year, at the national level, the median resale price of a house with two or three facades was 255,000 euros, or 8.5% more than in 2021. The median price of a villa (four facades or more) amounted to 360,000 euros (+6.8%). With regard to apartments, the increase is less, with a median price of 230,000 euros (+ 5%).
