The FA, the English football federation, has indeed opened an investigation once morest David Elleray, president of the Belgian Professional Refereeing Board (and former member of the arbitration board in England), because of inappropriate comments made to the once morest several employees, the Telegraph reported. Because of this behavior, Elleray is now sidelined by Union Belge, reports Het Laatste Nieuws.
