The restaurant is located in an 18th century building on the Wolvengracht, once a prominent bank building. It has been meticulously restored. The large hall, with an impressive glass dome and coats of arms of the various Belgian provinces, exudes the charm of the past.
The Luyckx-Miskaryan couple wants to serve refined Belgian cuisine, with as many local ingredients as possible. A team of 45 people will be working there. The kitchen has been completely renovated. The oyster bar and cocktail bar have been rethought and the former trunk room can once again be used for events.
On Saturday evening, hundreds of guests were able to enjoy a pre-opening. On September 27, the restaurant will open to the general public.
