Belaid Oufkir: A man of few words and many deeds

Agadir24

Belaid Oufkir succeeded in leading the Hassania Agadir ship in a difficult transitional phase, following the team suffered from many problems during the last two years, and he was able to overcome the challenges and lead the management office with a team consisting of a group of young talents and a strong sports company under the direct supervision of the official sponsor.

Belaid Oufkir, who raises the slogan “Let the work speak for you”, appeared shy in the previous management offices with Habib Sidnou, and was a person afraid of the spotlight. At that time, many names were mentioned to lead Hassania Agadir, and no one nominated Belaid Oufkir, who had years of experience in management and loved working in secret. However, Oufkir chose to take the challenge and lead the identity club, sacrificing the comfort of the shadow in order to achieve success.

With his humility and determination, Oufkir proved that true leaders are not those who seek fame, but those who leave their mark through hard and diligent work. At a time when Hassania Agadir was in dire need of wise leadership, Oufkir advanced with confidence and determination, keeping in mind serving the club and the fans, becoming an example to be followed in dedication and loyalty.

Work began with renewing confidence in coach Abdelhadi Sakitoui, maintaining the basic human structure, and working to motivate the players financially and morally to get out of the vacuum period and ensure survival. Oufkir led the team administratively in resolving all disputes with FIFA, and overcoming all problems within the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.

After ensuring his survival, Oufkir and the team’s components entered into renewing the contracts of five players, namely captain Yassin Al-Rami, Hamza Aqlai, Abdullah Boukhnafer, Jalal Tashtash, and Junior Mbele. He is also keen to provide a strong start to the season for Hassania Agadir through early preparations, despite the problem of the ban on transfers that most clubs suffer from due to some players who refuse friendly solutions, and organizing a training camp outside Morocco so that Hassania Agadir will live up to expectations in order to please the Souss fans.
