According to the authorities, on September 27, 2022, Yen Dung district police received a complaint from Ms. T. (42 years old) regarding her daughter named N. (17 years old) being sexually assaulted by Ngo Van Dinh at home. Vacation. The mother’s report said the incident took place from November 2021 to June 2022, when N. was regarding 5 months pregnant.

The police agency determined that the accused and the girl knew each other and often talked on the phone. At the end of February 2022, Dinh invited N. to have sex.

The two had sex at the motel, following that, Dinh gave the girl 400,000 VND. A month later, the two resumed sex. After having intercourse, N. received 500,000 VND from the accused.
