The rights to broadcast beIN SPORTS channels included Algeria, Bahrain, Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Palestine, Qatar, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen.
In order to display the new broadcast rights, beIN SPORTS will launch four new channels for the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup, called beIN SPORTS AFC, beIN SPORTS 1 AFC, beIN SPORTS 2 AFC, and beIN SPORTS 3 AFC, where all matches will be shown across all four new channels, to be associated with Mathematical analysis, from the world-class beIN SPORTS studios, by beIN’s talented team.
The Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup will be held on Thursday and Tuesday, March 24 and 29, as the major teams in the Asian continent set their sights on the final matches of the ninth and tenth rounds.
In Group A, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Korea have secured their qualification, as they will compete for the first place, followed by the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon and Iraq, who will compete for the third place.
In Group B, three teams will compete for two automatic qualification spots for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, with Saudi Arabia leading the way and Japan in its wake, while Australia – which still has to play for the top two places – is in a tight race. To qualify, the group will head towards an exciting final.
