Sultan Al Neyadi, the Emirati astronaut, recently shared a humorous video on his Twitter account that highlighted the challenges that astronauts face while getting ready for exercise in space. Al-Neyadi remarked that tying sports shoes might be a simple task on Earth, but in the International Space Station, even the simplest things become an adventure. In the video, Al-Neyadi is seen swimming in the space station before donning his athletic shoes and fixing himself to the ground in preparation for using the treadmill. On April 28, Al-Neyadi is scheduled to create history by being the first Arab to walk in space outside the International Space Station.

Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi posted on Twitter a funny video showing the difficulties that astronauts face before exercising.

Al-Neyadi said: “There are things for us that are considered simple on Earth, such as tying sports shoes, but on the International Space Station, the simplest things become an adventure. And this time I share with you one of my pre-workout adventures.”

In the video, Al-Nadi appears swimming in the International Space Station, putting on his athletic shoes, and then fixing himself on the ground before using the treadmill.

Al-Neyadi is scheduled to walk in space, outside the International Space Station, on April 28, to become the first Arab to achieve this historic achievement by walking in space.
