Al-Neyadi remarked that tying sports shoes might be a simple task on Earth, but in the International Space Station, even the simplest things become an adventure. In the video, Al-Neyadi is seen swimming in the space station before donning his athletic shoes and fixing himself to the ground in preparation for using the treadmill. On April 28, Al-Neyadi is scheduled to create history by being the first Arab to walk in space outside the International Space Station.

Al-Neyadi said: “There are things for us that are considered simple on Earth, such as tying sports shoes, but on the International Space Station, the simplest things become an adventure. And this time I share with you one of my pre-workout adventures.”

Al-Neyadi is scheduled to walk in space, outside the International Space Station, on April 28, to become the first Arab to achieve this historic achievement by walking in space.
