Here at home, it doesn’t even have to be cold to make soup. Marcelo loves it, Lis eats like a beauty and I’m always wanting. For you, “soup is not even dinner” or is it? It’s always welcome here, but no matter how much I do, there’s never any left!
Let’s go to the recipe?
INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
???? 1 small diced onion;
???? 2 cloves of garlic;
???? 1 cabbage. (soup) of shoyu;
???? 1 col. (soup) tomato extract;
???? 1/2 lemon juice;
???? 250 g minced beef (used muscle);
???? 2 cup. (tea) chopped vegetables (I used potatoes, carrots, green beans and chayote);
???? 2/3 cup. (tea) noodles for soup;
???? Olive oil, salt, kingdom pepper and herbs to taste.
In the pressure cooker, sauté the onion in the oil, add the meat and when it loses its raw appearance, add the garlic and stir for another minute.
Add the vegetables, soy sauce, extract and lemon.
Add the pasta and cover with hot water (two fingers above the level of the ingredients).
Season with a little salt, black pepper and herbs.
Tampe the pan and following taking pressure count 5 minutes and turn off the fire. Let the pressure release and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
