Born in Belgium in 1995 into a modest family, nothing predestined Samuel Cardillo to be a millionaire at 28 years old. His incredible destiny began with a “Commodore 64” that he received for his 4th birthday and which opened his eyes to the world of computer software.

From this day on, computers will shape his existence and offer him a clear future. He discovers a passion, his talent is limitless. At the age of 8, his knowledge of coding allowed him to conceptualize and put online a first website that he would enhance over the years.

Obsessed with IT and cybersecurity, he decided to quit school at 14. He then became involved in a program dedicated to analyzing the consequences of the Fukushima disaster and those to come, in collaboration with Greenpeace and CRIIRAD, an NGO specializing in nuclear security.

His coup, the most publicized in Belgium, undoubtedly remains the hacking of 2000 computers aimed at paralyzing the TEC. The 14-year-old, exasperated by the transport company’s strikes, decides to block access to the website by saturating bandwidth.

A group of Chinese hackers is singled out. Young Samuel then decides to denounce himself. The credit for this feat goes to him after all. More fear than harm: he will ultimately pay a reasonable fine. This hacking will especially earn him quite a publicity stunt. That was a hell of a line on my CV. I no longer needed to introduce myself. I was known following press articles”explains Samuel.

At that time, he met another geek on the internet, Farid-El Nasire and with him created the application “Israel under attack” which allows Israelis to follow the departure of rockets fired in real time on their smartphones or PCs. by Hamas, their intended point of impact and their interception by the Israeli “dome”. An application that he sold for several million in 2014 to an Israeli company.
