The Ticket Office Department is looking for an intern “Assistant in charge of ticketing, organization and customer relations”.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, you will assist our ticketing officer in their daily tasks.
The work schedule includes FC Metz home match days, for which the presence of the ticketing assistant intern is required.
MISSIONS
As part of this internship, you will be required to assist our ticketing, organization and customer relations manager in carrying out the following tasks, divided into 3 areas:
Organization and management of the subscription point (Main mission):
- Assist the ticketing officer in creating subscription point staff briefs
- Assist the ticketing officer in recruiting subscription point staff
- Assist the ticketing manager in developing the specifications for setting up the subscription point
- Prepare ticketing staff schedules
- Prepare the presentation meeting with the staff
- Establish inventories of needs (furniture and supplies)
- Testing ticketing equipment before implementation
- Install the subscription point
- Assist the ticketing officer in training ticketing staff
- Assist the ticketing manager with the operational implementation of the subscription campaign
Service clients Wetix
/ Create a brief for the subscription campaign
/ Send a brief to customer service on the subscription campaign + Call to discuss the subject FC Metz sales department
/ Transmit the dates of the final subscription campaign
/ Provide a brief on the subscription campaign and especially the process to follow for orders and credits (if no refund)
Management of the entire customer service in relation to the 2025/2026 subscription campaign (Main mission)
- Manage incoming emails and incoming calls
Organization of home matches (Secondary mission)
- Assist the ticketing manager in setting up the match day system (ticketing staff to be summoned – equipment to be used)
- Installation of the equipment necessary for match day ticket management
- Accounting closure of ticket offices after the match
- Liaise with the ticketing manager/manager in the event of access control disputes: access to the Skidata server
- Assist the ticketing officer in the match debrief (positive points – areas for improvement)
PROFILE
- Bac +4 /+5 business school
- Knowledge of ticketing tools would be a plus
- You are independent, dynamic
- You have very good interpersonal skills.
- You like working in a team
- You are rigorous and organized
REQUIRED SKILLS
Perfect mastery of the Office suite and particularly Excel and Power Point
Class B license would be a plus
