Beckham’s son Romeo moved on loan to the Brentford B team

Romeo James Beckham (21), the second son of retired football star David Beckham (48), will play on loan for the Brentford B team of English professional football.

Brentford said on the 7th (Korean time) through the club’s website, “Romeo was hired from Inter Miami (USA) on loan until the end of the 2022-2023 season.” revealed

Romeo, who learned soccer in earnest at the Arsenal (England) youth team in 2013 when he was 11 years old, signed a contract with the second team of Inter Miami in 2021, which is owned by his father Beckham.

The team, then Fort Lauderdale, changed its name to Inter Miami II last year.

Romeo recorded 2 goals and 10 assists in 20 games in the MLS reserve league Next Pro League last season, and Inter Miami II finished 6th in the Eastern Conference.

Since the end of the season in September last year, Romeo has been training with the Brentford B team, and will play on loan once the international transfer process is finalized.

In his first interview with the club, Romeo said: “I am very proud and happy to be here.
