Beatriz Gutiérrez Müller bids farewell to AMLO’s six-year term with a new book: “Silent Feminism”

MEXICO CITY.- Beatriz Gutierrez Muller, wife of the president Andres Manuel Lopez Obradorannounced that he wrote a new book in which he expressed various reflections that he encountered during the six-year term.

“We are about to say goodbye to them, he is going to retire to a place he likes, and I have to continue, we have a young son, we still have to support him a lot and continue with life, cycles close, others begin and continue, like motherhood,” she says in a video uploaded to her Instagram account.

“In this reflective closing I decided to write to leave a kind of testimony about what it is and I have been thinking about it since 2018 to date. These reflections have become a book and I have given it the name of ‘Silent feminism’“, he explained.

The journalist also said that she tried to make an “epilogue” of a closure that she also ends.

“Silent feminism”the new book will be released in the Planeta Publishing House.

In recent weeks, President López Obrador has clarified, in several “morning press conferences”, that you are not divorcing your wife. This, after a rumor about their separation circulated on social media.

“Look, I don’t know if it’s true, but a tweet came out; it’s false. Oh, no, no, no, now! It’s false. I’m going to divorce Beatriz, no, no. We’re going to stay together,” López Obrador said, adding that he will be at his farm and will come to visit his wife in the City.
