You may have already heard the phrase from Armadinho’s song: “And today I woke up wanting to see the sea, but I live right in the middle of a stone jungle”. Well, it’s a shame that São Paulo doesn’t have a beach, isn’t it?
To end this problem, the developer KSM Realty, in partnership with BTG Pactual (BPAC11), is building a high experience club on Marginal Pinheiros, twenty minutes from Faria Lima, the Beyond The Club.
The forecast is that it will be ready in 2025 and the complex will have an indoor skate park, a ski simulator, e-sport arenas, an area for fights, a spa. It will also have haute cuisine, hotels for members, and coworking, in an area of 70,000 m².
The highlight of the club will be Wavegarden, which is a technology from Spain that is capable of reproducing artificial waves with a height of up to two meters, as if they were really on a beach.
“We are building an oasis 20 minutes from Faria Lima. It’s called Beyond because it goes beyond surfing, beyond imagination. And because it is a global concept,” said Oscar Segall, founding partner of real estate asset manager and developer KSM Realty, to the Neofeed website.
Joining this wave, the group formed by BTG Pactual Asset Management, Realty Properties and KSM intends to disburse around R$ 1.1 billion for the construction of the club.
In addition, Beyond in São Paulo will have 3,000 family titles and following its launch in December, 530 of them have already been sold for R$ 630,000 each. It is worth pointing out that the estimated PSV (Potential Sales Value) is R$ 2 billion.
