Now the neighbors want to cover it with some other material. I do not give my consent, because, firstly, it will look terrible, and secondly, there is no guarantee that leaks will not occur at the junction of two different-level coatings.

Question: can they get permission through the court? Or can I give permission, but with the condition that the covering of the second part of the roof does not differ from the first, and will the neighbors be obliged to fulfill this condition?
