Game news Bayonetta is deflating on Nintendo Switch and the sequel is not going to please you!
If you had made an appointment today with the diva of the action game, you risk having a very unpleasant surprise. The physical edition of Bayonetta won’t be coming to Switch today due to a sudden U-turn from Nintendo…
Missed date for Bayonetta on Nintendo Switch
She had however given us an appointment officially for Friday, September 30, but not everyone will ultimately be affected by this operation. The physical version of the first Bayonetta was supposed to launch today on Nintendo Switch. Information that we announced to you just last week without imagining that a last minute reversal would compromise everything.
After this enticing announcement, D-Day has finally arrived, but Nintendo has some very bad news for us. Europe and the UK will have to wait longer than expected to get your hands on Bayonetta in box version of this Switch version, and that’s not all…
We are currently planning to release the physical version of Bayonetta during the first half of October, exclusively through the My Nintendo Store. Please excuse us for this delay. Stay tuned for more information.

Available exclusively on My Nintendo Store
In summary, not only the physical edition of Bayonetta on Switch will not be available today in Europe but you will also have to go through the portal of the My Nintendo Store to get it. It might start to do a lot for fans of the most prominent witch in video games who will have to revise their plans at the very last moment. No question, therefore, of turning to other retailers to obtain the object of all desires which will be available exclusively via the Nintendo portal.
Note in passing the new release date for this first Bayonetta Switch in boxed version, set for the first half of October. While waiting to communicate more precise information on this subject, Nintendo presents its most sincere apologies.
