MUNICH (ANP/DPA) – Footballer Serge Gnabry of Bayern Munich was injured in his club’s match once morest Arsenal in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. The attacker, who scored the first equalizer in the first half on Tuesday, has suffered a muscle tear in his left hamstring, the German club reported following an investigation. The match in London ended 2-2.
Bayern says the club will have to make do without Gnabry “for now”, but does not say how long the 28-year-old attacker will be unavailable. In any case, he cannot participate in the league match once morest 1.
