Here are the most important steps in eating and meals to reduce daily calories and maintain a healthy body:

– Start with vegetables

Eating vegetables before any other type of food can help you feel full for longer and lose weight, because they contain fiber that helps regulate blood sugar.

“Starting with vegetables and getting fiber may make you eat fewer carbs,” says nutritionist Caroline Williams.

-Drink coffee around 11 am.

“If you wake up at 7 a.m., for example, having your first cup of coffee at 11 a.m. will give you the most benefits,” says sleep expert Dr. Deborah Lee.

Have dinner at 5pm

Eat fruits before the main meal

Fruits are rich in fiber, so it is better to eat them before a meal rather than after, as we often do. This is especially true of apples.

A high-fiber diet boosts production of the hormone peptide tyrosine tyrosine (PYY), which reduces appetite, in a part of the small intestine known as the ileum.

Experts also explained that women should eat before exercising, as one study found that women who drank a carbohydrate drink before exercising got better results, while men achieved better results when they drank it later.
