The Mohammed VI Foundation for the Reintegration of Detainees strives to implement multidimensional programs for professional reintegration in parallel with social reintegration in this context. It organized, Thursday, June 15, a ceremony of distribution of income-generating projects for the benefit of 29 people released from different regions of the kingdom and having benefited from the Mousalaha “Reconciliation” program with an overall budget of 1,885,000.30 dirhams which has been allocated to this initiative.
The projects intended for this category of beneficiaries are carefully chosen, taking into account the qualifications and skills of each beneficiary, and the requirements of the project ecosystem and which cover various professional sectors, in particular: services, trade, construction, catering, crafts and agriculture.
It is important to emphasize that the Mousalaha “Reconciliation” program is implemented by the General Directorate of Prison Administration and Reintegration and the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Reintegration of Detainees in partnership with the Rabita Mohammedia des Oulémas and the Conseil National Human Rights Council, in addition to collaborating with experts specializing in the field.
This program constitutes a unique approach, both national and international, integrating reconciliation with oneself, society, the religious text with a participatory approach that strengthens preventive security and leads to the socio-professional integration of the people concerned, helping them move from dependence to autonomy
This distribution ceremony will be chaired jointly by the Wali Governor of the Beni Mellal Khenifra region and the National Coordinator of the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Reintegration of Detainees, with the presence of Ambassadors and eminent personalities concerned as well as actors and partner economic operators of the Foundation.
