He Next weekend Bariloche will have two pure gastronomy events. On the one hand, the tenth edition of the Bariloche a la Carte with the traditional Civic Center fair where gourmet products will be exhibited and you can taste the best menus in the region; and also the 42nd edition of the Festival of the European-Argentine Communities.

Tickets – which are purchased on the website www.barilochealacarta.com – have a symbolic price and are exchanged for an ecoglass upon entering.

The BALC fair is distributed in seven sectors, the food trucks, the gastronomic, the producers, the patio, the Cider House space, the market, and Punto Río Negro.

There will be dishes prepared by the main restaurants in the city, ice cream, chocolates, ciders, wines, beers, desserts, snacks, raw materials that arrive from different points in Río Negro such as nuts, honey, preserves, cheeses and cold cuts. At the same time, there will be products linked to cooking and good eating.
During the three days of the fair, from 12 to 13, there will be a silent hour, in which sound and light stimuli will be reduced in the closed areas of the fair, so that people on the autism spectrum feel comfortable and everyone can enjoy.
