Bariloche a la Carte (BALC) prepares at full speed to experience gastronomic “week” par excellence in the mountain town.
The appointment is from October 23 to 29, a week in which there will be activities to satisfy the palates of the most demanding and in which it is planned to bring together the entire gastronomic universe, both from the chefs and bartenders and from the visitors / diners willing to live a different experience.
More than 70 restaurants will participate in this tenth edition of BALC (look at some of the chefs who will be present) who will join breweries and bars who will be in charge of preparing the different special menus for gastronomy week, all at promotional prices.

This year Franca arrives at BALC, one of the best places in the City of Buenos Aires (CABA), by Julio Martín Báez, who is also the owner of the Julia restaurant. Franca’s presence at BALC will be through a food truck where she will cook alongside AKol.
Akol is Jony Palavecino’s restaurant, considered the best restaurant in Villa la Angostura.
