Bantrab Meeting elects two administrators and two alternates

Some 4,338 shareholders of Banco de los Trabajadores (Bantrab) participated yesterday in a unprecedented basic assembly to elect new administrators of the entity: two administrators and two alternates.
Via a press launch, the banking entity reported that the administrators who have been elected will cowl a interval from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2028 and two slates competed.
The exercise was carried out on the amenities of the Trade Park in Guatemala Metropolis, to adjust to the provisions of the Bantrab Natural Regulation and its respective laws.
