At the annual general meeting of Bank of Georgia Group PLC held on May 19, 2023, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 5.80 GEL per ordinary share, payable on July 14, 2023 (date of payment) in pounds sterling to shareholders of the company entered on the register of members at the close of business on 30 June 2023 (date of record). The Company hereby confirms that the average exchange rate between the Georgian Lari and the National Bank of Georgia Pound Sterling for the period June 26 to June 30, 2023 was 3.3360 and will be used to pay the dividends to ordinary shareholders of the Company on July 14, 2023.
