POSITION 1: BANK ORGANIZER
Missions
- Participate in the implementation of projects initiated by BOA Group and/or BOA NIGER
- Carry out organizational diagnostics
- Management of normative documentation
- Training and assistance for users on the use of applications
- Management of user profiles in IGOR in collaboration with HR
Qualification and Job Requirements
- Bac +4/5 Project management, Organization management, IS management, Audit, Management sciences,
- Professional experience of at least 3 years minimum in a similar position in the banking field
- Good knowledge of project management
- Very good knowledge of banking professions
- Good knowledge of data collection techniques
- Analysis and synthesis skills

POSITION 2: SALES LEADER
Missions
- Participate in the definition with the Animation Manager of the commercial strategy to be implemented at the Agency level
- Contribute as a network facilitator to the management, training, coaching of managers and salespeople (train, analyze, inform, lead, organize, participate in sales in agencies and in the field)
- Using the bank’s tools, ensure management of the achievements of the network’s agencies.
- Carry out regular reporting to the banking network and the hierarchy
Qualification and Job Requirements
- Bac +3 or 4 in Commercial Management, Marketing, Banking Finance, Business Communication or equivalent,
- Professional experience of at least 03 years minimum in a similar function in the banking field,

POSTE 3 : COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Missions
- Contribute to strengthening the internal control system through the establishment of an organization enabling the BOA to comply with its regulatory obligations, Group;
- Participate in the control and management of risks linked to money laundering, terrorist financing and compliance with financial embargoes;
- Process from an operational point of view all filtering and profiling alerts reported by the tools put in place and carry out all the necessary investigations;
- Carry out compliance checks to permanently guarantee compliance with laws, regulations, international standards, as well as the policies and procedures of the BMCE Bank Of Africa Group;
- Participate in the conformity review of new products and services;
- Lead the Compliance relationship with the Compliance correspondents designated in the different BOA structures.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- BAC + 3 or 4 in legal sciences, management sciences, finance, accounting, auditing or banking;
- 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in a compliance position or a position relating to the areas mentioned above;
- Mastery of banking techniques and operations;
- Good knowledge of banking regulations and the anti-money laundering system;
- Anaytical and synthetical mind ;
- Good knowledge of IT tools;
- Good knowledge of English,
- Be discreet, rigorous, methodical.

Missions :
