The increase in the share capital of Bank Of Africa (BOA) is officially carried out, bringing the amount from 2.08 billion dirhams to 2.12 billion dirhams, according to the Bank’s announcement.
This decision was ratified at the Board of Directors meeting of October 10, 2023, accompanied by an amendment to article 6 of the Bank’s statutes. Authorized at the Extraordinary General Meeting, the operation issued 3,795,815 shares, with a nominal value of 10 dirhams each, released by incorporation of reserves, with a subscription price of 165 dirhams per share, including a premium of issue of 155 dirhams per share.
