Specifically, operating results in terms of capital, total capital in 2023: 3,298 billion VND, an increase of 493 billion VND compared to December 31, 2022, growth rate of 17.58%. In there: Balanced capital from the Central Government is 2,927 billion VND, an increase of 450 billion VND compared to December 31, 2022, accounting for 88.75% of total capital. Locally mobilized capital is 309.6 billion VND, an increase of 30.5 billion VND compared to December 31, 2022, completing 101.7% of the assigned plan target; accounting for 9.39% of total capital. Local investment trust capital: 61.4 billion VND, an increase of 12.4 billion VND compared to December 31, 2022 (10 billion VND transferred by People’s Committees at all levels in 2023; 2.4 billion VND extracted from interest earned in year); accounting for 1.86% of total capital.

As a result of the growth of outstanding credit debt, Bac Kan province was assigned by the General Director the target of outstanding debt growth of 504.9 billion VND to deploy lending for policy credit programs in the area. Loan turnover in 2023 will reach 1,141.7 billion VND, an increase compared to the same period in 2022 of 35.7 billion VND; loaned 18,621 customers; Debt collection revenue: 647 billion VND, an increase compared to the same period in 2022 of 35 billion VND; Debt cancellation revenue: 215 million VND.

Along with that, the total outstanding debt in 2023 reaches 3,292.2 billion VND, an increase of 494.6 billion VND compared to 2022, a growth rate of 17.68%, completing 99.88% of the target of credit programs. assigned by the General Director and Provincial People’s Committee (515.6 billion VND/516.2 billion VND). With 45,406 poor households, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries with outstanding debt, the average outstanding debt is 72.5 million VND/household.

Results of implementing Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022 of the Government, outstanding debt: 550.8 billion VND, with 7,667 customers with outstanding debt. In which: Outstanding loans to support job creation, maintenance and expansion of jobs is 380 billion VND, with 5,049 employees having outstanding loans; Outstanding loan balance for students in difficult circumstances to buy computers and online learning equipment is 11.25 billion VND, with 873 households borrowing loans for 1,125 students; Outstanding loans for Social Housing are 89.01 billion VND, with 232 households having outstanding loans; dDebt for loans to non-public primary and preschool educational establishments is 0.93 billion VND, with 20 establishments having outstanding debt; Outstanding loans to ethnic minority and mountainous areas are 69.61 billion VND, with 1,493 households having outstanding loans.

Bac Kan Provincial Bank for Social Policies branch disbursed loan capital for policy credit programs with 2% interest rate support reaching 1,571.1 billion VND, for 28,958 customers; Implemented settlement of interest rate support with a total amount of 28.6 billion VND.
