Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal has announced his retirement from T20 internationals. Tamim informed regarding this through Facebook. “Please consider me retired from T20 from today, thank you all,” Tamim said on Facebook. After playing once morest Zimbabwe in March 2020, Tamim did not play T20 once more.
33-year-old Tamim Iqbal has scored 1758 runs in 78 T20 Internationals. He scored one century and seven fifties for Bangladesh in T20Is. Tamim is also the only Bangladeshi batsman to score a century in T20Is.
