President Joko Widodo inaugurated the Pekanbaru-Padang Toll Highway Bangkinang-Pangkalan Part Bangkinang-XIII Koto Kampar, in Riau, Friday (31/5). He suggested all regional heads within the area to make the very best use of the freeway.
