This Saturday dozens of users of Bancolombia have pointed out in social networks problems and errors in various services such as withdrawal of money at ATMs, transactions and discounted balances when making a purchase.
Although Bancolombia reported that they were working to solve the problems in their services and platforms, several people keep reporting bugs.
And it is that the problem has been evident since the followingnoon of this Friday, July 1, according to the messages of the bank’s users on social networks.

Given this, Bancolombia gave a part of tranquility to its users: “We know that our inconveniences yesterday might have generated inconsistencies in your balances. We assure you that we will continue to give everything to solve this situation.”
Furthermore, despite the inconsistencies in their accounts, they assured people that their money is “safe”.
“If you have inconsistencies in the savings account following making transactions in stores, banking correspondents or ATMs: your money is safe and we are working so that you see the corrections in the shortest possible time”, they wrote.

They also indicated that they will return the money to people who paid payments on their credit card debt.
