The coordinator of the Human Resources (HR) Forum, Dr. Aboubacar Sidiki Kanté, said during the press conference to launch the first edition of the Annual Human Resources Meetings, which was held on April 4, 2023, that each family Malian woman felt today the drama of unemployment, because the question of employment remains very complex in our country.

This great mass of professional human resources managers, organized in partnership with Challenge Bamako, will be held on April 28 and 29, 2023 at the National Employers Council (CNPM) under the theme “Human Resources Management in Mali in a Context of Institutional Reforms : Challenges and Opportunities”. This dynamic platform will offer a real school of continuing education, allowing participants to develop their managerial skills and interact with their peers.

Dr. Aboubacar Sidiki Kanté also pointed out that this activity, which will welcome more than two hundred participants, crowns the 2022-2023 activity program of the HR Forum and constitutes a practical contribution to the issue of youth employment in our country. . The high-level panel, which will focus on the report of a study conducted by the HR Forum and its partners on the issue of employment in Mali, as well as training on the management of organizational change in a context of institutional reforms and the establishment of a new HR Forum office will be the major activities of this first edition.

According to the managing partner of Challenge Bamako, Michaël TRABI, the first edition of the Annual Human Resources Meetings is a framework for sharing experiences to interface the different professions on which the success of our organizations depends.

It is important to note that this first edition of the Annual Human Resources Meetings is an opportunity for human resources management professionals to meet to discuss the challenges and opportunities related to human resources management in Mali in a context of institutional reforms.
