Since the Covid-19 pandemic, the issue of well-being at work, and mental health in general, has been a major concern. Should we reinvent working conditions to avoid burnout? Should we take inspiration from the United States and introduce “mental health” leave so that employees recharge their batteries and can return to their jobs in great shape? Not so simple, say two corporate health specialists.
